Fresh Kicks
Project Goal: Create an app for an existing physical store that makes ordering shoes extremely simple.

Project Details
Research Study
- Target Audience : Existing customers who were working parents. These customers didn't like shopping and didn't want to spend a lot of time online
- Study: Unmoderated, at home usability study with 5 customers in the USA
Key Challenges
- While we received some pieces of consistent feedback, much of the information gathered varied widely which made it difficult to implement changes
Results/Implementations
Based on results, we implemented the following:
- Created a clean, simplistic layout that required only a few clicks to complete purchase
- Bigger CTA buttons for those with limited dexterity
- Changing color scheme to make app more accessible, especially to those with a visual impairment

Kendra Page Coaching
Project Goal: Create a website for a new brand with no existing online presence. The purpose of the website was to offer information about available mental health services.
Role: UX Research, UX Architect, UX Design
Project Details
Research Study
- Target Audience: Women between the ages of 25-40 who have had a bad experience with the mental health care system
- Study: Unmoderated, at home usability study with 10 customers in the USA
Key Challenges
- It was difficult to determine questions of validity
- People came to the site with different goals in mind, so gathering feedback about specific tasks was challenging
Results/Implementations
Based on results, we implemented the following:
- Created a clean layout that was easy to navigate
- Ensured website was responsive for mobile
- Provided more detailed information about services
Wireframes + Final Designs
Adaptive
Project Goal: Create a website for that allows for purchase of both new and gently used adaptive shoes.
Role: UX Research, UX Architect, UX Design
Project Details
Research Study
- Target Audience: Individuals whom require adaptive shoe and their families/caregivers
- Study: Unmoderated, at home usability study with 6 customers in the USA
Key Challenges
- Too many options in the initial design was a barrier to completion of tasks
- User utilized all different types of devices and initial designs were not responsive
Results/Implementations
Based on results, we implemented the following:
- Reduce number of choices on homepage
- Ensured website was responsive for desktop, phone, and tablet
- Clear CTA buttons
